1. A little sweet tea - Abigaile has screwed hi and bye through all the book. In my mind and hearing my daughter she is angry - she is hurt and she is saying she wants to go bye to see me.  How many people have deprived her of her mom?  How many people have psychologically abused my child? Where is your evidence from keeping my child from me and where is your evidence of keeping me from my child? Enough of your false narrative. How barbaric and criminal.  Coercion , control and manipulation for selfishness. 
2. Brown Bear Brown Bear- Abigaile is screaming during this entire story also. This is Psychological trauma speaking - DO you hear it ? No engagement- no response only screaming and saying bye over and over. 
3. Old Macdonald had a farm - Abigaile is playing with a toy. A toy that makes noise.  I can hear noise in the background. I asked Abigaile can you say ma ma ma ? No response . No engagement. For the Baa I asked her if she could say Buh buh buh ? Abigaile keeps saying bye over and over and is crying. Now saying poppy crying - saying bye over and over. Can Abigaile say Duh duh duh like duck. She screamed bye over and over. I read about the pigs- asking her if she could say puh puh puh. She screamed bye over and over. There was NO engagement, no response - I can hear the pain in my Childs voice. This is beyond pain and trauma - how can anyone in or out of the system do this to a child much less a handicapped child who was thriving?  Psychological trauma abuse. 
4. Pat - a cake - she screams bye over and over- no other words. 
5. Wheels on the Bus- Abigaile can you sound like a horn and go beep beep beep? She says bye - over and over. No engagement - no response. Can Abigaile swish like a wiper? She only says bye ( over and over ) no engagement no response. Can Abigaile bounce up and down like people on the bus? She screams bye over and over. Saying please poppy.  What do babies on the bus do Abigaile ? Do they go ma ma ma ? Can Abigale say ma ma ma ? She screams bye. ( she is told to talk nice to her mommy - but her screaming and screeching and screaming over and over is - from not feeling heard ) and Im clearly talking to her. Then Abigaile says bye please and says please over and over. Mommies on the bus. ( blowing sugars) can Abigaile blow sugars? No response. 
6. Five Little Ducks - are you there Abigaile ( I hear noise but no response). I read the story and asked her if she could quack like a duck. Can Abigaile say duh duh duh.  She responds Bye. 
7. Incy Wincy spider- this was always a participating rhyme for her. She had no engagement and no response.
8. Twinkle Twinkle Little Star - no response except screaming bye over and over. When I say Abigaile there is no response. I say mommy loves you and misses you - she screamed Bye. 

I told her I would find a different book or read Fish is Fish or Madeline next time. I asked her if she could say my mommy love me ( which she used to be able to verbalize). I have not heard her verbalize the word mommy at all in any phone call. I ask her if she is okay. She says bye. Mommy loves you and misses you - can you say my mommy loves me? No response. I keep talking to her and asking her to say my mommy loves me- I ask if she is there? There is no response. Then she screams Bye. She continues screaming Bye. I continue telling her I love her I miss her. I ask if she can talk to mommy I ask her to use her words and tell mommy - she starts screaming. She says bye I tell her that is good saying bye. She says Poppy - what can you tell mommy Abigaile - she says please. Why are you saying please Abigaile? She screams bye again. She screams bye several times. She says poppy and bye then poppy I asked her to be sure to give hugs to her and Natascha from mommy - and she says poppy and the phone is disconnected.

Five Little Ducks - are you ready for five little ducks? No response to any of the story. No response to any questions I asked. 

Incy wincy spider - no response 

I ask her what can she tell mommy - no response- use your words tell mommy. No response. 

Are you ready for mommy to read twinkle twinkle little star? No response. 

Twinkle Twinkle little star - no response - I hear background noise - no response. I tell her mommy loves you and misses you sugar. What can you tell mommy ? No response. 

I continue to tell her I love her and miss her over and over - there is no response.  She eventually says mmmm mmmm like she does when she sees food.  I hear a female voice in background and Abigaile says mmmm then the phone is silent.  

I ask her to engage by saying can you say my mommy loves me? Over and over - she has no response. 

She finally says please - bye - I ask her if she is telling mommy bye and there is no response. 

There was no engagement at all in our phone conversation. There was no acknowledgement to anything I said or requested of Abigaile. There was no response to any familiar stories that Abigaile in the past had mastered letter sounds, words sounds, or mastered words in addition to engaging in the requesting of how I was asking her to engage. Abigaile is no longer engaging in my asking her if she is there? I asked if the mute is on? There is no reply, no engagement , no answer - no response. 

There was no engagement and it sounded like she was tired of saying please and bye - she eventually says nothing. This is heart breaking. I cant believe anyone is foolish enough to believe this is the best interest of a child - much less a child who is handicapped.  This is beyond cruelty.

Five Little Ducks- read five little ducks - she said please through most of story toward end of story the phone was silent. Then she started saying please please please please over and over. Please Bye and poppy over and over. Sounding like she was going to cry saying please poppy.

She starts yelling over and over.  Unintelligible word? 

Fish is Fish - Abigaile kept saying bye and kept yelling bye poppy and bye over and over.  Can you say mommy Abigailes responds by saying bye over and over. No engagement and no response.  To anything I say. Noting I read to her generates her engagement or her response . I ask if she can hear me and she says bye. Then says poppy. I tell her I am mommy and she says poppy over and over.  Can Abigaile use her words and talk to mommy? No engagement, no response.  She starts screaming and screeching.  She says hi.  I tell her I love her I miss her saying her name several times over and over. The phone is silent.  I can hear her beating on something in background. Then she says hi. I ask Abigaile if she can say mommy and she says bye over and over. 

My observation is Abigaile is distracted - there is no engagement and no response. Im curious if the phone is muted from me or does she have a genuine lack of engagement or response to me ? 

I ask Abigaile to use her words and say mom mom mom mommy - I hear a male in background saying to say bye .

Abigaile phone call 7/17/2020 

Words: Bye, bye , poppy, bye 

I ask Abigaile if she can use her words to talk with mommy and tell mommy what she has done today.  As she was getting on the phone she was saying bye.  Abigaile does not say bye unless she is told she is going bye.  

We are 5 min. And 55 seconds into the call and all she has said is bye.  In my mind she was either told she was going bye before she got on the phone or is being coerced to say bye during our conversation.  Abigaile is clearly not engaged in our conversation. 

Books:

A Little Sweet Tea - Abigaile said bye the entire reading of the book.  Never acknowledged any part of the reading, that I was on the phone or anything with the book.  She is clearly upset with her saying bye over and over and hasn’t stopped saying bye the entire call - no engagement while I was reading - no response to anything I read.  Only kept screaming bye over and over. 

Phone disconnected - I called back 

Brown bear - once I connected I read the story and Abigaile said bye the entire book,.  Her voice getting more and more upset saying bye. Abigaile is now screaming bye.  

Old Macdonald had a farm - Can Abigaile say mmm mmm mmm like moo or mommy? No response- silent.  Can Abigaile say bbb bbb bbb abigaile can say bye I told her - good job saying bye Abigaile. Can Abigaile say duh duh duh like duck?  Good job saying bye - can Abigaile say puh puh puh like please?   No engagement with me or the call, no response to anything I ask her or request her to do.

Five Little Ducks- No engagement , no response.  I stopped requesting Abigaile to do anything because she no longer responds.  There is no engagement at all and she is not requested to have any engagement.

I continued to ask Abigaile what she has done today. I requested Abigaile what can you tell mommy that you have done today? No response and no engagement at all to anything I have said. 

Conclusion : Abigaile spent the entire phone call saying bye, screaming bye - there was no engagement no response to me at all on the phone.

Abigaile saying Bye, Bye over and over sounding like she is crying - this continues through out the call. 

I ask Abigaile if she is going to talk to mommy she just keeps crying and saying Bye, bye over and over.  

Storytime:  

Ali Baba and the  Forty Thieves - the story today was a long story. I hadn’t realized this when I started reading but when the call started I could tell that it wouldn’t have mattered if I would have read a short story, a novel or Alibaba.  I learned how long it was at the end of the story and jumped to the end to read the final short paragraph making a remark of how long it was.  As soon as I made that remark the phone disconnected.  I called back only to get the recording of the voice mail not being set up.  Allowing those who have perpetrated psychological abuse to continue the control and manipulation.
The moral of the story was the Truth will set you free even in a den or cavern of a den of thieves or robbers.  I was disconnected after 35 min of hearing Abigaile say bye, bye, bye, and please over and over through out the entire phone call.  While Abigaile kept saying bye over and over - often you can hear her crying.  This is not the first call like this.  Anyone would have to be heartless and completely stupid not to hear the Psychological abuse in this.  And while I try and believe the best in everyone and I have tried to really see good in people in the same respect I am hearing and alerting people that our daughter is experiencing Psychological trauma abuse.  Why is there a financial attachment to doing what is morally right, when a handicapped child is being and has been Psychologically traumatized by others behaviors?  Why?  

I can list the agencies well over 75 or 80 now in Texas, Florida, Arkansas and in addition to lawyers and her personal Dr. That I retained and was the primary contact for.  I feel like each person should have moral values and decency as well as a moral conviction to see what is happening. Instead of condoning and accepting the abuse and playing it out through court - people are financially exploiting our child while she is being persecuted and traumatized using her as a weapon. In addition why is the court allowing this type of abuse to continue I have notarized answer and counterclaim, in addition countless emails to Dr.s, lawyers, Judges - who are allowing this abuse to continue - why - would you be a perpetrator of this ? 

I have had to listen to phone call after phone call of our daughter who was thriving, who had gained milestones , who had words, two and three word sentences , who was wrongfully taken , abducted, kidnapped and estranged on May 21, 2017 with her sister.  I cant believe that people are so ignorant they cant see this forest for the trees.  Forcefully removed and taken by a parent they trusted and loved.  To be betrayed and lied to, misled and Psychologically abused over three years?  

To hear my child who's  handicapped be harmed mentally and emotionally is beyond disturbing to me.  I have decided to share the recording of her today - this has not always been my will to do because God says to harm no one but I have no one hearing what I am saying- no one hearing what I have said and no one appears to be in a hurry to do anything.  They don’t care.  I have it documented- all of it.  Every single person involved with Abigaile and not a person with an ounce or a speck of shame nothing - 

I hate this system I loathe the system of the den of robbers and every single person involved in her care watching her being abused and traumatized because you chose to believe a false narrative - about a human being and chose to put the false narrative and blame the victim.  How do you seriously live with yourselves ?  How do you even wake up and know that you all are part of taking advantage of and abusing this child, while financially exploiting her, medically maltreating her?  The Den of thieves 

You have stolen my children and allowing the Den of thieves to pillage and plunder them for over three years for 1150 days of their lives you have stolen from them. I have done no wrong.  I have done nothing my children were taken without my permission , they have been held as hostages, captives and our daughters Psychological abused and tormented.  Why?  How can any person who calls themselves a human being do this to a child?  Those of you who I trusted with Abigailes care , that I trusted at all and you have not only financially exploited her you have medically abused her.  Caused her trauma and Psychological trauma in addition to using buying custody to keep her from me.  I don’t even have words for such a hate in anyone.  This child has done nothing to any of you and you have caused her harm and trauma and you continue to embezzle her and steal from her. Have you no moral values, no moral conscience ?  What you have done and are doing is beyond moral cruelty and beyond causing mental anguish.  I am attaching the audio from today so that others can hear what I have had to endure hearing for months as a mother I find this beyond disturbing and you know what so long as no one says anything - it can just be blown off trauma or not until the next court date. In my experience as long as anyone and everyone can exploit it - they will.  The next court date is August 30,2020.  I have been raising flags since this happened - while those who had to prove nothing were able to Abduct, Interstate kidnap, Alienate and estrange - all while there were laws in place and even the police laughed and mocked me - made fun of me laughing and telling me to shut the hell up and stop being emotional.  

Tell me if a kidnapper took your child - you found out it was someone who you were had a Covenant with and they took your children - there are laws and even Treaties in every state but none of these laws have been executed.  The laws were broken and the system helped to pay for and trafficked my children to hold them and estrange them from me so that ransom could be demanded.  Its continues over three years - continued abuse of our children.  Who will do anything about it?

I was so traumatized mentally and emotionally to hear our daughter that I could not type.  This is psychological abuse and trauma.  Does anyone hear me?  Does anyone see this?  Does anyone get this ?  This is more than just a few Psychological terms to describe an action and behavior -

2. Brown bear brown bear what do you see?  Are you ready for mommy to read Brown bear - Brown bear ? No answer , no response - Abigaile says bye.  I asked at the end what does Abigaile see - the phone is silent- I ask if Abigaile is there? The phone once again is silent. No engagement, no response, no words.  
3. Fish is Fish - I read Madeline last time how about I read Fish is Fish today? No response. Abigaile makes a sluggish laughing sound- Abigaile says please -
4. I asked her to use her words and tell me what she did today- I asked Abigaile to tell me what she is doing? How about we read Old macdonald?
5. Old Macdonalds farm- can Abigaile say mmmmm like moo ? No engagement , no response. Read about sheep and asked her to say Buh buh buh ? Abigaile says hi repeatedly after what sounds like a notification sounds on a cell phone in the back ground. I ask her if she can say duh duh duh like duck? No response. I read the oink oink and asked her to say puh puh puh like pig. No response. 
6. Pat a Cake - I told Abigaile the story of her hiding blueberry muffins and my neighbor making muffins hiding them and bringing them to me. I asked her if she saw pictures of the muffins- she said poppy and started saying bye over and over- her voice heightened at one point and got louder saying bye ( sounding like frustration).

I ask her if she can use her words and talk to mommy and ask her what she can tell her mommy? No response. I can hear noise in the background. No verbal response from Abigaile. 

7. The wheels on the bus - can Abigaile say beep, beep, beep? No response. I go through the entire nursery rhyme and read it as I normally do from the time she was a toddler- and she has no response to anything read to her and no response to any requesting her to repeat sounds or words.  At the end of the story I asked Abigaile if she knows the cool thing about Mommies and that is even when the little babies on the bus don’t say ma ma ma - and the little babies don’t give sugars - that their mommies still love them and their mommies still say I love you and give them sugars.  - no response. 
8. Five Little Ducks - I read the Five little ducks and I said to Abigaile at the end of the story that this momma only has two little ducks coming back.
9. I asked Abigaile if she was going to tell mommy bye or give me sugars because I could see it was 5 o’clock and all I had was Twinkly Twinkle little star to read.  I asked Abigaile for her words that she could share with mommy or what she has done today.  There was no response.  I told Abigaile mommy is going to read Twinkle Twinkle little star - I started to read Twinkle Twinkle little star and the phone was disconnected.

I said hi Abigaile several times over and over.  She wouldn’t answer- I said mommy loves you mommy misses you over and over no engagement no answer.  

Abigaile gave sugars ( kisses ).  Abigaile are you ready for mommy to read to you ? No answer.  I asked is Abigaile ready for some sweet tea. I can hear noise on the phone - no words.

Brown Bear Brown Bear - Abigaile starts making a mmmm sound. 

I asked if Abigaile liked brown bear brown bear - no answer- so I responded Abigaile “ no answer. I can hear noises in the background. 

Can Abigaile use her words and tell mommy what you did today? Can you tell mommy what you did today?  

Old Macdonald had a farm - can Abigaile say mmmm mmmm mmmm ?  No response.  Can Abigaile say bbbb bbb bbb? No response I repeat these 2-3 times and no response from Abigaile. Can Abigaile say ddd ddd ddd ? Are you there Abigaile? Mommy loves you mommy misses you. Can Abigaile say ppp ppp ppp like please? No response no engagement and doesn’t respond to name. 

Pat a cake - no response 

I ask several times if Abigaile can hear mommy I don’t hear her ask if her phone is on mute.  No response no engagement 

Wheels on the bus- can Abigaile make a sounds like a horn and go beep beep beep ? No response can Abigaile swish swish swish? No response ,

Can Abigaile bounce up and down like the people do? No engagement ( she normally bounces and giggles - prior to may 2017) no response What do babies on the bus do Abigaile ? Say ma ma ma can Abigaile say ma ma ma? Abigaile responded please please please 

What do mommies on the bus do Abigaile?  Abigaile responded please please I sang mommies on and blew sugars - Abigaile did not respond. 

The Muffin girl - sang muffin girl song named Abigaile. Asked if she was muffin girl she never responded - phone silent

Five Little Ducks - I sang five little ducks asked if Abigaile could quack like a duck- there was no response from Abigaile. Are you there Abigaile? No response.

Mommy loves you sugar can you talk to mommy?  I hear noise in back ground.  I can hear toy playing in background noise.  Abigaile is making a mmmm mmmm sound
